Amanda Hallo

Amanda is Executive Director of Compliance & Risk at Bidwells, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in property compliance, governance and enterprise risk management. Since joining the firm, Amanda has played a central role in strengthening governance arrangements and embedding a proactive, commercially aligned risk management framework across the business.

Her approach to risk management focuses on moving beyond regulatory compliance to support informed decision‑making, resilience and sustainable growth. This includes improving risk identification and ownership, strengthening second‑line oversight, and ensuring that risk insights are clearly articulated to support strategic priorities under the firm’s Nexus 2030 strategy. Under her leadership, Bidwells has enhanced policy governance, introduced more effective audit and remediation processes, and established the Compliance & Risk Committee to provide clearer oversight and challenge.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Amanda works closely with the Board and executive colleagues to promote a strong risk-aware culture, improve risk maturity, and ensure regulatory integrity remains embedded within day‑to‑day operations. Her work supports Bidwells’ ambition to deliver consistently high standards and excellent outcomes for clients.
