Ben Amos

Yorkshire born and bred, he grew up on a working dairy farm and that early introduction to farming still drives him. This is obvious in how he talks, listens, and advises.

Working across East Anglia, Ben provides farm management advice with a focus on Environmental Grant Funding, FBTs and CFAs. He  is also closely involved in management support, and financial budgeting. Ben’s work centres on impact and leaving businesses stronger than he found them by offering clear advice, and honest conversations. His long-term relationships are built on trust and results.

At Trimley in Felixstowe, a high-profile estate, Ben is involved in reshaping farm business tenancies. From redesigning the tender process to accompanying prospective tenants across the estate, he understands that what works on paper must work in the field.

The Future Farm Resilience Fund provided the opportunity and access to businesses he might never have reached otherwise. DEFRA-backed support meant he could step in at no cost to clients and deliver real value.

Ben is a fully qualified agronomist and has worked in this field for almost 10 years.
