Rosie Miller

Rosie works on large, complex estates, and was involved in marketing one of the largest in England for a retained management client. Her work is a mix of managing estates and giving clear advice on valuations, planning, and tenancy matters.

Rosie manages estates across the South of England for a variety of clients. She oversees lettings, sales, and repairs, and works closely with tenants, contractors, and landowners. No two days are the same, which is what she enjoys most.

Rosie manages the Down Ampney Estate for Farmcare Trading Ltd, a subsidiary of the Wellcome Trust, providing various services including overseeing tenancy arrangements, re-lettings, and property management. She also manages Brasenose College’s rural investment portfolio, which involves advising on access and rights matters, implementing tree risk management policies, rent reviews, tenancy renewals, advising on development land, and helping the client get the best from their property.

Rosie is a RICS Registered Valuer and offers formal valuation advice to banks, institutions, and private clients. She knows how to work to tight deadlines and with the detail that’s needed for major decisions.

What keeps her in the job is the people she works with. She enjoys building long-term relationships and the variety that comes from working with such a diverse set of clients and properties.
