Tom Boxall

Tom started his career as a graduate surveyor at Avison Young, working his way up to Associate Director level advising public and private sector clients on residential and mixed-use development. He then joined Unite Students where he spent over two years as an Acquisition and Development Manager, identifying and buying sites for the development of student accommodation across the UK, along with delivering its existing development pipeline. 

Based in our London office, Tom works with the Operational Living Capital Markets team across PBSA and Student Living, Co-Living and BTR asset classes.
